Experience in providing top-notch customer service
Basic networking experience, e.g., configuring IP addresses,subnets, and gateways.
Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel
Ability to install, configure and maintain personal computers, networks, and related hardware and software.
Knowledge of computer and network security systems, applications, procedures and techniques
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare, XenServer, Hyper-V)
Knowledge of Windows operating systems 2003/2008/2012
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn new support systems and applications
Must be highly customer-focused, team-oriented, and results-driven
